Activity report
For the month of November- December 2024
We met with the agency Government companies. We were giving the right to revive the dormant Manitoba Team Handball Federation inc.
Since 2011, the Manitoba Team Handball Federation Inc was not reporting activities, financial reports to Sport Manitoba. But they were hiding to his membership that Manitoba Team Handball Federation Inc was NOT ANYMORE a Provincial Sport Organization.
A new group of volunteers, got together we had our 1st Annual General Meeting November 11, 2024.
We had meetings every week at the beginning then monthly meetings.
Activity report
For the January 2023- November 2024
A sport Consultant at Manitoba Sport accepted that I meet him,
He officially told me that Manitoba don't have a provincial association in handball for serious reasons.
He told me that several other persons are trying to volunteer for the Handball association. He gave me the names of these volunteers. I met will all of them. All volunteers told me the same thing. They all tried several times to contact by email the persons in charge of handball at the Winnipeg League. No response.
I decided to investigate. We created a TASK FORCE of 5 volunteers that want to restructure a serious organization for grassroots, and creating an online formation of coaches and referees.
We have a phone number, and the phone started ringing (volunteers, handball players looking for a team, coaches etc).
